By buying a knife from me, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to own a knife and accept any such consequences in ownership that may occur as a result and absolve myself and this website from any recriminations that may follow.

RETURNS:

I want you to be entirely happy with your knife.

If you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a full refund ( less postage ) provided the knife is returned in the same condition as despatched ( please DO NOT use it ! ).

Contact me within 48 hours to arrange a refund.

                              IMPORTANT ! Please Note:

I do NOT accept returns from SALES OUTSIDE OF THE UK, due to the aggravation involved with H.M. Customs and Import Taxes upon return.

Please be sure that the knife is the one for you before purchasing. I am happy to provide extra photographs if requested.

                                  CONSIGNMENT SALES

If you have a knife you wish me to sell on a Consignment Basis, then you will need to send the knife to me as I will not sell knives I do not have in my possession - it simply saves me from a whole world of hassle and helps protect my reputation.

FEES: 25% of sold price after p&p deducted. (£25 net minimum fee applies to all consignment sales ).

Once the knife has been delivered and the buyer is completely happy, I will then make payment to you by Bank Transfer, Paypal or cheque.

In the event of your knife not selling the return postage is to be paid by the seller ( before posting ).

IMPORTANT ! Please read : while I will endeavour to look after each customer's knife as though it was my own, I will not be responsible for any "Florida spots", tarnish, dings, etc. in the knife/sheath/case that may occur whilst in my possession.
